This 1 day instructor led course is a practical workshop for the installation and maintenance of the Operator Set PC Attendant Console.The course to cover complete installation of the OSPC from a blank platform, and configure the OSPC to connect and hence control calls from an Aura communication system.The course will also allow basic networking 2 consoles to allow resources to be shared between both hardware platforms.
Upon completion of this course, the students should be able to:
- • Install an OSPC on an empty PC and network it to another OSPC so that it functions without errors.
- • Perform maintenance and sanity checks on the OSPC to allow for fault free service in a networked environment.
- • Program Busy Lamp fields and integrate with a LDAP when required.
- • Delegate will be given the opportunity of taking ACT 00670AEN as part of the completion assessment.
