- Modular Messaging Workshop

This 2 day instructor led course is a practical workshop for the installation and maintenance of the Modular Messaging product using Avaya MSS and MAS.
The course to cover complete installation of the MAS (Messaging Application Server) and MSS (Message Store Server) from a blank platform and configure the Modular Messaging and hence control voice messages from an Aura communication system.
Upon completion of this course, the students should be able to:
- • Install a MSS and MAS on empty servers and network the two servers to allow communication between the two programs.
- • Configure using a DCT so that test mail boxes function without errors.
- • Perform maintenance and sanity checks on the MAS and MSS to allow for fault free service in a networked environment.
- • Set up remote access and backups on servers.
- • Delegate will be given the opportunity of taking the AVA 01137AEN – Product Authorisation required assessment.
